I began my Agile journey as a Fortune 500 Project Manager turned Scrum Master in 2006. I quickly gained interest in becoming an Agile coach and made that shift in 2011. As a coach, I have worked with teams, individuals and leadership on their Agile transformations, both large and small. Along with coaching, I train public and private classes on Agile and Scaling methods. I currently reside in Richmond, Virginia.
I’m involved with community and volunteer work to support our local elementary school and parks, specifically in the Fan, a neighborhood in Richmond, VA. I also volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House in Richmond.
I am a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional and SAFe Program Consultant 4 and am pursuing the Licensed Scrum Trainer certification with the Scrum Alliance.
