Cate is a Senior Agile Coach at LitheSpeed, LLC .

Cate has over 15 years of experience in Agile environments with a focus on Agile program management, continuous improvement, team development, and clear and sustainable workflows.

She has used her role in corporate leadership to foster business agility, extending Agile practices from beyond the IT department to the business and operations groups. Cate has worn many hats in the Agile field including, Chief ScrumMaster, ScrumMaster, and Product Owner and led many teams through an Agile transformation process.  She uses her professional experience with technical and business domains to facilitate productive and healthy cross-functional team communication.

Bob Payne

Bob is the Senior Vice President of Agile Training and Coaching at LitheSpeed, LLC. He is also the chair of the AgileDC conference.

An early adopter of Extreme Programming, Scrum and SAFe, Bob Payne has worked exclusively as a Lean+Agile Transformation leader since 1999.  

Bob Payne hosts the Agile Toolkit podcast and has produced over 170 episodes, recording a variety of industry leaders and Agile practitioners. Bob’s consulting and training style is built on years of Lean+Agile experience, a MSEE in Computer Architectures for Artificial Intelligence and having grown up working in his family’s restaurant, so you can expect a blend of technical excellence and customer service.

Raj Indugula

Raj is the Senior Vice President of Agile Consulting at LitheSpeed, LLC.

Raj is a versatile Agile Coach (Process & Engineering), and professional trainer with nineteen years of experience in delivering IT solutions across the public and private sectors, at startups as well as Fortune 100 companies.  An early adopter of Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum, he has over twelve years of hands-on experience with the pragmatic application of Agile processes and XP-inspired code quality practices, and coaching teams on the adoption of Lean-Agile-DevOps practices.  He has helped develop all roles, from executive leadership to engineering teams, in lean software development, process frameworks, product ownership, and agile engineering and testing practices.

Raj’s expertise and passion spans organizational Lean-Agile-DevOps maturity assessment and improvement planning, agile program and portfolio management, agile software development using Scrum, Kanban, XP, BDD/ATDD, and clean code practices. He shares his experiences frequently at conferences around the country.
