Senior Product Operating Model (POM) Consultant
Position Overview
LitheSpeed is seeking an experienced Senior Product Operating Model (POM) Consultant to help enterprise clients evolve toward product-centric, value-driven, and AI-Native ways of working.
This is a senior, client-facing consulting role combining expertise in Product Operating Models (POM), Project Management Offices (PMO), Value Management Offices (VMO), Agile transformation, and AI-Native operating models. The ideal candidate will work with business and technology leaders to assess current practices, design future-state operating models, and guide implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise assessments, operating model design, transformation planning, and implementation.
- Help organizations evolve from traditional project-centric PMOs toward Agile VMOs® and Product Operating Models.
- Design and improve portfolio governance, strategic alignment, investment prioritization, funding, and value delivery processes.
- Advise clients on product management, product team structures, value streams, platform teams, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support adoption of AI-Native operating models, including AI-enabled delivery, decision-making, and continuous governance.
- Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, organizational assessments, and transformation planning sessions.
- Coach leaders, product managers, portfolio teams, and delivery teams on new roles, practices, and operating models.
- Develop actionable recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and executive presentations.
Technical Project / Portfolio Manager – PPM Solutions
Position Overview
LitheSpeed is seeking a Technical Project / Portfolio Manager to support the implementation and optimization of enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions, with a focus on Planview Portfolios and other Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platforms.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining technical project management, PPM solution implementation, and portfolio management expertise. The ideal candidate will work with business and technology teams to improve portfolio planning, governance, reporting, and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate PPM solution implementations, managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Support the configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of Planview Portfolios or comparable PPM platforms.
- Translate business requirements into portfolio management workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
- Support portfolio intake, prioritization, resource planning, investment management, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver effective solutions.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, Agile planning, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
