LitheSpeed is looking for an dynamic holistic agile consultant and coach with these qualities:

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and work somewhat independently in a client organization
  • Proven ability to align with other team members, especially in a virtual environment
  • Strong focus on client delivery and the ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams to produce an end-to-end offering
  • Familiar with virtual working and online tools with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for engaging with the agile community through conferences, user groups and Meetups
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

Desired Agile Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Agile concepts including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and Agile Scaling.
  • Agile coaching experience is required
  • Management consulting experience is highly desirable
  • Understanding and expertise in virtual communication techniques
  • Ability to do structured and ad hoc agile training and mentoring
  • Agile Technical or Engineering skills are not required but always welcome
  • Ability to assess agility needs and create coaching plan based on client needs

Educational Background/Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (can be substituted with relevant work experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate experience
  • 5-10 years of relevant IT experience
  • CSM, CSPO, CSP or other relevant certification required
  • SAFe SPC preferred

This person should be located in the Washington, DC Metro area. While this position is currently virtual, our office is in Herndon, VA, and we anticipate office-based work to begin in late 2021- early 2022.

Come join a cross-functional team supporting LitheSpeed’s customer communities and marketing.

We are looking for a driven and energetic team member with at least 1 year of marketing experience who seeks a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and entry into the agile business world. The Marketing Specialist will jump into a fast-paced position with a diverse range of responsibilities. Your role may grow to include digital marketing, video and podcast production, graphic design, analytics, and social media marketing, along with customer service functions as needed. Organizational skills and the ability to follow through will play a key role in this position.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Video and Podcast Production – assist with ongoing video and podcast production and post-processing
  • Digital Marketing– work as part of a team to manage content creation and web presence including websites, social media accounts, email outreach and ad campaigns
  • Community Engagement – engagement with the local agile and lean community through user groups and meetups
  • Customer Service – supporting training classes, interacting with students and answering phones and emails as necessary
  • Graphic Design – design and/or polish brand artifacts, presentations and ads
  • Analytics – understand and apply marketing data to make strategic decisions
  • Social Media Marketing – monitor and reply to social media community
  • Other: Scheduling support and Operational Tasks to support our team as requested
