This interactive discovery session assesses readiness and current state as you move toward VMO setup and implementation.
In this guided discovery session, your group will first align on the reasons behind shifting from a project to product model. Next, they will brainstorm and collaborate to create a Customer Profile identifying current project and program management jobs, as well as pains and potential gains to be derived from the transition. Finally, they will create a Value Map, clearly identifying specific services for the Agile VMO, along with pain relievers that address the pains, and gain creators that tap into potential gains.
Our goal will be to create a crosswalk from PMO to VMO, addressing specifics such as:
