In Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training, explore the roadmap for adopting Agile, covering the essential concepts and tools of Scrum. You’ll learn how to lead development teams toward Agile operations by managing product backlogs, planning releases and sprints, tracking and reporting progress, and conducting retrospectives.
This two-day Certified ScrumMaster Training prepares you to gain your Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster. Upon class completion, you’ll prove your understanding of the Scrum framework and its application to complex projects by taking Certified ScrumMaster exam. CSM training includes a 2 year membership in the Scrum Alliance.
In the CSM training, we address real-world scenarios in a highly interactive format. Going beyond theory, we share personal stories and provide practical, useful tools.
Our CSM trainers are practicing Agile experts with decades of real-world industry experience rolling out Scrum at companies small and large, across the public and private sectors.
Sanjiv is an outstanding instructor who knows the subject matter very well, keeps the class focused, manages class timing very well, and makes the learning experience participatory.

The content that was covered was thorough, descriptive and participatory. It was great that we were able to have so many discussions and many of our questions were answered along the way. This was a great experience and it was wonderful to have a small group and such individual attention to her questions and discussion topics. I look forward to taking additional courses in the future and furthering my knowledge.

Honestly the course was nothing like I expected. It was very engaging, Bob was awesome. I got to make connections with my other classmates and learn a ton of valuable info even though I am already an experienced Agile PO. I recommend for anyone who wants to advance their skills.

I am more convinced that I should pursue a career as an agile coach. This was a great experience.

This course hit on a lot of the SCRUM basics, but in a way that felt new and fresh. There were also some topics mentioned in this training that I felt I could take back and try to implement within our SCRUM team. Overall, this was a great class with great content and discussions.

Scrum and Agile methods are highly applicable in all departments, IT and business-side alike.
We have personally consulted with many teams outside the IT field including:
Scrum can be helpful for anyone working with teams to deliver value.
The certification itself is most recognized in the technical field but many people outside IT are using scrum to become more effective at managing and aligning teams to whatever mission they are embarked upon.
