Turbocharge Your Scrum with Kanban

What does it take to Turbocharge your Scrum?

How do you address challenges like getting micromanagement out of your Scrum, reducing the burden or stress that can frequently show up among team members, or getting the rest of the team to work together while reducing the time it takes to deliver something and improving the quality of the work?
