Manoj Vadakkan has been working in the IT Industry for about 20 years at various roles including Software Developer, Technical Lead, Business Analyst, and Project Manager. He’s been Managing Software Development projects of various sizes for 10+ years and practicing Agile principles and practices for the past 5+ years. As an Agile Software Development Consultant, Agile/Scrum Coach, and Scrum Trainer, Manoj helps software development teams, ScrumMasters, and Product Owners achieve their potential. Manoj has experience in helping companies adopting an Agile way of working at the team level and at the enterprise level.

Manoj is passionate about transitioning the world of work using Agile/Scrum principles and practices. He’s a Certified Scrum Master & Certified Scrum Professional (CSM, CSP) and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He frequently speaks and writes about various aspects of Agile & Scrum. His industry experience includes telecommunications, insurance, media, and federal government.
