All of us at LitheSpeed wish our clients, partners and friends a very happy and prosperous 2016!

2015 has been a landmark year for us at LitheSpeed, and we’ve been so busy that it’s been hard to take some time to reflect, give thanks, and share the good news. As we prepare for another great year with Agile and Lean, and continue on our journey to transform workplaces, I’d like to share some 2015 highlights with you:

  1. With Agile 2015 in our hometown of Washington, DC, we had a full contingent at the event. We were thrilled to see Jessie Shternshus, long time friend and partner, keynote the event!
  2. Right on time for the Agile 2015 conference, I published my second book, Scaling Agile – A Lean Jumpstart.
  3. Our Agile for Business offering continues to take off, with many clients using it to extend their agile adoptions beyond IT.
  4. We launched the Agile Leadership Academy, and look forward to certifying the first round of graduates at Agile India 2016.
  5. Earlier this year, we initiated internal disruption with the adoption of Frederick Laloux’s Teal system of management.  Teal has been great for us, and we have doubled in size this year.
  6. Our foray into the government space has been successful, with adoptions at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.
  7. In the private sector, we’ve supported our clients with enterprise agile adoptions at Accuweather, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Health First, Marriott, Nike, Samsung, SunGard, The Chronicle of Higher Education, among others.
  8. On the training side, our new offering Dev Ops JumpStart is garnering rave reviews.
  9. I delivered a keynote at Agile Development Conference East in Orlando, and am prepping to do another one at the Agile India 2016 conference.
  10. I also had the privilege of chairing the Agile Executive Forum for the Agile Alliance in 2015, and will do so again in 2016.
  11. Our new website launches shortly – stay tuned at https://lithespeed.com!
