Free Agile Coaching Circle

Join a free LitheSpeed coaching circle with Luiz “Q” Quintela.

Coaching circles are run as a modified Lean Coffee. Each participant suggests a topic he or she wants to have discussed with the group and we address all topics in the order that they were proposed. Time allowing, we add a few more topics after the first round.

Not only will the coach answer questions, but all circle participants are encouraged to share their experiences and “war stories” about a topic.

This is a highly engaging an interactive event. We all share what we know with the others in the circle so we all teach and learn.
