In this new AgileConnection interview, LitheSpeed President Sanjiv Augustine addresses our tendency to focus so much on the language of Agile methodologies that we fail to realize the undercurrent of lean management present in them all.
“The issue comes about when people start worrying about the language itself,” he says. “Scrum, XP, Kanban, lean process improvement, all of these are methodologies we want to employ to help us deliver great products. They are a means to an end.”
