As a co-founder of Linking Help, an NGO aimed at linking individuals in need with suitable lawyers, he emphasizes the value of Scrum and Kanban methodologies in effectively steering law firms of diverse scales. With a 15-year background in IT, Ondřej seamlessly bridges the gap between people management and the intricacies of digitalizing processes and automating tasks. He earned his Ph.D. with a focus on enterprise evolvability, emphasizing agility.
