I speak with Diana Larsen and James Shore at the Agile 2012 conference about their recently released Agile Fluency model. This model looks at team and organizational Agile adoption and provides a framework for looking at where you are and where you want to be. They go on and talk more about how Agile methods are solidly in the mainstream, but that popularity hasn’t been without its problems. Furthermore, that organizational leaders are complaining that they’re not getting the benefits from Agile they expected. As usual I loved talking with both of them again and hope you will enjoy listening to their conversation with me.
