Richard Cheng will join the DC Lean + Agile Meetup on Wednesday, December 10th at 12pm ET.
Topic:
Retrospectives are one of the most powerful tools, yet many teams fail to unlock their full potential. In this session, we’ll explore how to use retrospectives not only to address issues and avoid repeating mistakes, but also to celebrate successes and maximize the things we do well. We’ll dive into a variety of retrospective techniques—examining which approaches work best in different situations—and provide practical guidance for choosing the right one. You’ll also gain a simple but effective checklist to ensure your retrospectives consistently drive meaningful improvements, helping your team grow stronger with every iteration.
