Charlie provides transformation leadership to HNB’s “Project to Product” transformation that is deploying a Product Operating Model to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency in delivery. He also leads the Agile Delivery organization for the Value Management Office. He has a diverse industry background having served banking, insurance, and retail organizations in his career. Previously, Charlie led multiple agile transformations at both HNB and Nationwide Insurance that resulted in greater delivery velocity, improved cost effectiveness, and the ability of the business to better adapt to market conditions.
