The Certified Agile Leader 2 (CAL 2) course is designed for experienced leaders looking to deepen their Agile leadership capabilities and drive meaningful organizational change. Building on the foundational CAL 1 certification, this immersive program combines interactive instruction, real-world case work, and individualized feedback to help you sharpen your leadership edge in complex, fast-moving environments.

CAL 2 is a personalized, cohort-based experience that emphasizes peer learning, reflection, and practical application. Participants will explore leadership agility, influence without authority, systems thinking, and strategies for leading cultural transformation across portfolios and enterprises.

This course satisfies the Scrum Alliance® CAL 2 certification requirements and is taught by industry pioneer Sanjiv Augustine, author of Managing Agile Projects and From PMO to VMO.
