The Certified Professional Product Owner (CSP-PO) is the final course on the Product Owner’s Path to CSP. This deeply interactive course will explore the most advanced aspects of Scrum Product Ownership.  Students will practice approaches for validating product assumptions, learn advanced interactions with customers and users and master advanced Product Backlog management, while sharing knowledge with other experienced practitioners and getting advice tailored to their specific situations.

This highly engaging virtual experience is centered around a case study that spans thirteen interrelated exercises.  It approaches topics from unique perspectives and introduces new and unusual tools and techniques alongside novel uses of familiar ones.  It asks participants to consider their own personal and organizational situations and construct a plan for improvement, utilizing ideas from trainer, content and peers.
