Sara is an Agile leader with particular expertise in working with both private and government organizations to deliver complex technical solutions and lead digital transformation work across the enterprise. With a background in systems analysis, product management, and leadership in Agile delivery and coaching, Sara prioritizes incremental improvements within teams and champions sustainable solutions for lasting impact. Experienced in implementing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to gauge value delivery, Sara is well-versed in methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Agile at Scale.

Something Awesome:

Sara enjoys spending time with her family enjoying the outdoors in northern Virginia, including hiking in our local state parks, running, and biking on the W&OD trail. She’s involved in her local community as the Committee Chair for her local Cub Scout Pack and supporting her boys through Vienna Little League baseball.
