Rebecca McKaughan’s passion is helping organizations work smarter, not harder. Tapping into her expertise in Agile methodologies and principles, quality analysis, and business process improvement, she coaches organizations to manage workflows, streamline processes, and launch Agile adoptions tailored to their unique domains. She enjoys coaching a variety of industries as it fosters the kind of outside-the-box and strategic thinking necessary for real-world organizations to blossom along their Agile journeys.

Rebecca’s Agile Coaching and Consulting portfolio includes organizations in the Federal Government, commercial sector, highly regulated, co-located, and distributed (offshore) environments. She provides embedded Agile Coaching for teams, programs, and enterprises, as well as organizational consulting and Agile strategy.
