Our LitheSpeed team just returned from the excellent Agile Development Practices East conference. It was nice to be able to connect with fellow agilistas while there. Along with Certified Product Owner training, we conducted several other sessions, including one on the Lean Principles behind Agile Methods.
In that that session, someone asked the question, “can we apply Scrum and Kanban on the same project?”
