Sarah Adams is a senior consultant specializing in lean portfolio management, organizational change, and value delivery. She helps organizations modernize how they plan, prioritize, and manage work, bringing greater visibility to their portfolios and connecting strategic objectives to delivery and measurable outcomes.

Sarah works with leaders and teams to design and implement practical portfolio management approaches, including value stream mapping, initiative planning, portfolio kanban systems, and flight deck boards. She combines visual facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and Agile and Lean practices to help organizations make informed investment decisions, improve the flow of work, and establish sustainable ways of working.

Her experience spans the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She has led technology transformation initiatives for the BC provincial government, served as Director of Product for a global marine operations software company, and consulted across a range of industries. This breadth of experience gives her a practical understanding of the challenges involved in aligning strategy, governance, and delivery in complex organizations.

Sarah holds an MBA from McGill University and is a trainer for the Certified Agile Value Management Office Practitioner® course, certified by the Agile Leadership Academy. She brings a collaborative, pragmatic approach to modernization, helping organizations build the capabilities and practices needed to deliver value over time.
