The Certified Professional ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) is the final course on the ScrumMaster’s Path to CSP. It is a highly dynamic, experiential and practical workshop, preferring directly applicable knowledge and tools over ivory tower theory. It continues to build and deepen the advanced toolkit provided in the Certified ScrumMaster and Advanced ScrumMaster courses, leaving practitioners with games, exercises, simulations, facilitation tools, movies and more that they can use with their teams and organizations.
The exercises presented in this class are almost all completely original, designed from the ground up by LitheSpeed’s highly experienced consultants and trainers. Every presenter of this advanced class has at least ten years of experience in high level agile organizational transformation in both the private and public sectors, and most are executives. These same experts tune the class dynamically to your needs and situations. No matter how advanced you might be, you will learn something in this class. You will also leave equipped with new techniques and ideas that will help you boost your career and state of practice as both a coach and trainer.

I was a bit hesitant about the live online experience vs the on-site experience, but it was at least as good and engaging as the live version. The Lithespeed format works great and the interaction and sharing within the group is as strong as in the live session. Great job on creating this live online version of the CSP-SM program!

CSP-SM Trainee
Despite being a virtual class, the instructor was very engaging and fed off the clues from the students to slow down or accelerate pace on topics.
CSP-SM Trainee
The class itself was a lot more interactive than I anticipated as we broke into small groups regularly to exchange ideas and experience.

The virtual course was seamless and well executed. I did not feel as if I was missing out on any of my learning experience. The instructor encouraged discussion within class to get other’s perspectives and was able to related that back to the content.
