A frequent speaker and thought leader, Denise speaks on enterprise agility, AI-driven transformation, leadership, and the evolving role of project management in closing the strategy-execution gap. She is particularly passionate about moving organizations beyond methodology debates and toward building the capacity for continuous reinvention, shared enterprise outcomes, and human-centered change.
