Last year’s mega Agile Alliance conference, Agile 2015 was in our hometown of Washington DC, and we truly had a blast. Our long time friend Jessie Shernshus gave an awesome keynote, my book Scaling Agile: A Lean JumpStart was released, and our team had a great time meeting up with old friends and meeting new ones.
This year, many of us from LitheSpeed are headed to Atlanta for another awesome agile conference. Each year’s conference is an opportunity to look back and see how far the agile community has come. For those who enjoy reminiscing, here’s a post I did right before the Agile 2011 conference.
Looking forward, this year’s conference promises to be great as well. An enormous stack of presentations make it difficult to choose which sessions to attend, but attend one must! Keynotes by Jurgen Appelo and others will not fail to disappoint. Icebreakers, parties and other networking events will ensure that friends can connect and attendees can engage.
Even as the Agile community rolls ever onwards, we are reminded on the transient nature of our lives. This year, we will miss agile star and luminary, Jean Tabaka. I hope we will be able to get together and spend some time commemorating Jean’s awesome contributions to Agile.
As we at LitheSpeed prepare for another great year, we hope you can:
