How consulting hours work
Purchase
Add a Consulting Hours Package (either 4 or 8 hour option) when you register for any public training class. Either at time of class purchase or after the class
Schedule
After purchase, you will receive an email from training@lithespeed.com to book your session. Sessions are booked in minimum 2-hour blocks.
Use within 6 Months
Consulting Hours expire 6 months after purchase. Any unused time will unfortunately be forfeited, so plan ahead to make the most of them.
Customize Your Focus
Choose what you want to work on, e.g. VMO setup, Agile adoption, lean portfolio processes, AI-enabled workflows, team coaching, etc. We tailor sessions to your needs and environment.
