Julie Bright will join the DC Lean + Agile Meetup on Wednesday, June 11th at 12pm ET.

Topic:

In today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world of work, career paths are rarely linear. We know so much about how to help others navigate change in our professional environments. Why is it so hard to apply our skills to our own lives?

If you want tools for navigating the unpredictable (and sometimes stormy) waters of your career path, this session is for you! Using new ideas as well as wisdom and knowledge you already have, you’ll learn how to reframe your strengths, open the door to unseen possibilities, and identify blockers you’ve put in your own way, so that you can move forward with energy and confidence.

About our Speaker:

Julie is a passionate Agile Coach with over 13 years of experience as a change leader supporting complex business ecosystems. She is particularly interested in the psychology of Change, and of the mindstate called “Flow”. She also loves radical collaboration frameworks like Team Self-Selection, Ensemble Programming, Open Space, and Fluid Adaptive Scaling Technology (FAST). Julie is an active contributor to the global Agile community as a speaker, host, and organizer of industry events.
