Kristen has a passion for elevating teams and transforming organizations through agile practices. She brings over two decades of real-world experience in agile coaching, project management, process improvement and organizational development.  She’s had the privilege of partnering with a diverse range of clients—from Fortune 20 companies to Federal agencies to innovative startups—helping them navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic goals through agile ways of work..

Her work is based on the simple belief: that teams perform best when they are empowered, supported, and aligned with clear, value-driven goals. Over the years,she’s honed her skills as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and consultant, leveraging methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe to unlock the full potential of teams and organizations. Her goal is to help teams achieve agile excellence through customized training and coaching that builds a strong foundation for success, equipping  teams with the skills, mindset, and tools they need to thrive in an ever-changing business landscape.
