According to Scaled Agile’s Audrey Boydston, Release Train Engineer is a pivotal role in a SAFe® enterprise. There are more than a dozen listed responsibilities for this role, ranging from the day-to-day tactical to more high-level and strategic ones. Balancing everything can be challenging, yet some of the best RTEs Audrey has encountered achieve balance through focusing on the strategic and coaching and mentoring other roles for the more tactical ones.
In this session, Audrey will share some success patterns from RTEs whose impact influenced the sustainability and growth of their transformation. We’ll talk about relationships with other roles and how by focusing on the right things, RTEs have the opportunity to influence beyond their ART, and impact their enterprise’s overall adoption of SAFe.
