I have over 10 years of experience working in a variety of fields. Prior to LitheSpeed, I provided mental health and substance use services to clients of all ages and from all backgrounds. I am passionate about growth-mindset and holistic wellness, work-life balance and relationship/change management.

As LitheSpeed’s Operations Manager, I’m excited to bring my expertise in human behavior and strategy to assist clients in reaching their goals and having a memorable client experience.
