Kim’s work passion is with organizations who have goals such as building better business partner relationships, enabling more efficient delivery, improving in areas of quality, customer satisfaction and/or people engagement. Having worked with organizations over the past 15 years in the Financial, Retail, Health Care, Airline and Energy industries, she has learned the importance of cultivating teams. She also learned how critical it is to have an agile mindset, principles, and practices bonded together for achieving ‘being Agile’ as a way of running a business. The reward for her is seeing and hearing how ‘being agile’ has improved their work experience, delivered better customer value, or helped provide a business competitive advantage.
When not working, she enjoys a wonderful day of blue sky with sunshine along with a game of disc golf, or kayaking, or hiking a trail.
