After working as a research analyst at 4th Wave, a technology consulting firm specializing in research on trends in the IT and communication industry, I moved to Freddie Mac, working with development & testing. There, I analyzed market needs and implement product offerings and enhancements within Freddie Mac’s automated underwriting system, Loan Prospector. Within Single Family Offerings Management, I helped to develop Home Possible affordable products. After taking a break and starting a family, I joined LitheSpeed in December 2012 to help with SenseiTool product testing and development.
My role has evolved over the past 6 years. I am officially the VP of Finance. However, currently I am also working on a new role, managing the ‘LitheSpeeder Experience’. In this role, I have been tasked with testing new internal feedback methods and facilitating discussions on incentives, advancement and process improvement to help build community and ensure that our team feels valued and enriched at work each day.
I am CSM and CSPO certified.
I coordinate a food ministry program called Grace to Go. This program cooks and distributes 200 nutritious meals on a first-come, first-served basis every Monday evening from Leesburg’s St. James’ Episcopal Church parking lot. Most of the groups are rotary clubs or church groups but any private group can be a part of this wonderful program.
