About Our Speaker:
Carlos Camarena is an Agile Coach with more than 15 years of experience building software in different roles. Starting as a developer, he has worked with nearshore and offshore teams at clients including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, AT&T, Telcel, Williams-Sonoma Inc., Government, Merrill Lynch (now part of Bank of America), Huntington Bank and Flextronics. Carlos is always seeking continuous improvement and applies new and evolving approaches in his day to day.
Carlos has trained, coached and mentored technical teams, transitioning them from waterfall or improving their agile processes. He is always looking for ways to energize and motivate people, implementing games, Management 3.0 practices and other strategies that help teams become more agile and higher performing.
As a coach with an engineering background, he understands technical teams and helps them overcome their obstacles while optimizing and automating where possible.
