June 13-14 Foundations workshop grants Certified Agile Leadership Credential 1
HERNDON, VA – – MAY 01, 2017
The Agile Leadership Academy, a graduate-style leadership program for agile executives, will offer the Scrum Alliance CAL 1 during its June Foundations of Lean and Agile Leadership workshop. The June 13-14 workshop kicks off the second year of the program and the first of four workshops in the 2017-2018 program. Delegates of the Agile Leadership Academy may enroll in either a management or executive track to earn the CAL 1 credential.
Arlen Bankston, co-founder of the program, stated “Aligning our learning objectives with the Scrum Alliance gives the Academy delegates further industry recognition for their achievements in the program.” Bankston facilitates the Agile Leadership Academy alongside fellow Agile industry veteran Sanjiv Augustine.
Along with granting the CAL 1, June’s workshop provides a networking reception, deep dive workshop, post-workshop mentor calls, and a site visit yet to be announced. Former site visits have included the Motley Fool, Opower, USCIS and Walmart Technology.
