I started my career as a research analyst at 4th Wave, a technology consulting firm specializing in research on trends in the IT and communication industry. I then moved on to Freddie Mac and worked with development & testing to analyze market needs and implement product offerings and enhancements within Freddie Mac’s automated underwriting system, Loan Prospector. Within Single Family Offerings Management I helped to develop Home Possible affordable products. After taking a break and starting a family, I joined LitheSpeed in December 2012 to help with Sensei product testing and development. My role has evolved over the past couple years and currently I am in charge of invoicing/finance. I also help to organize LitheSpeed’s two annual conferences, Lean+Agile and the Agile DC Executive Summit.
To become more involved in the Agile community and contribute to a wonderful philanthropic event, I joined the AgileDC conference committee in 2014. AgileDC is a “For-Benefit” event put on by volunteers. All proceeds from this unique event go to charity. Contact me if you want to get involved with AgileDC; we’d love your help!
I am CSM and CSPO certified.
I coordinate a food ministry program called Grace to Go. This program cooks and distributes 200 nutritious meals on a first-come, first-served basis every Monday evening from Leesburg’s St. James’ Episcopal Church parking lot. Most of the groups are rotary clubs or church groups but any private group can be a part of this wonderful program. Contact me if you are interested!
